Business Hours:

The term "business hours" means those hours during which persons in the community or trade involved generally keep their stores, offices, plants, etc. . . Open for the transaction of business to all concerned.


Charges:

The term "charges" as employed in this tariff or tariffs making reference hereto shall include accessorial and line-haul charges.


Diversion and Reconsignment:

The terms "diversion and reconsignment" means a change in the name of consignee and /or destination provided herein, or any other instructions given to the carrier requiring movement of the truck or both.


Double -Bottom:

The term "double-bottom" as used herein means a combination of two separate load carrying units propelled or drawn by on power unit.


Excess Mileage:

The term "excess mileage" as used herein shall be defined as the mileage from point of origin through point or points of diversion or reconsignment to final destination, minus the normal mileage from point of origin directly to destination.


General Purpose Tanks, Standard Tanks and Standard Equipment:

The terms "general purpose tanks, standard tanks, and standard equipment" as used in tariffs making reference hereto, means aluminum tanks, other than, tanks unloaded by air pressure, or tanks equipped with coils, insulation or linings.


Load:

The term "load" as used in this tariff and in tariffs making reference hereto shall include accessorial and line-haul charges.


Non-Pressure Solutions:

The term "non-pressure solutions" as used in tariffs making reference to this tariff, means any solutions having a vapor pressure of less than 3 pounds per square inch, gauge pressure at 105 degrees Fahrenheit.


Pressure Solutions:

The term "pressure solutions" as used in tariffs making reference to this tariff means any solutions having a vapor pressure of 3 pounds or more per square inch, gauge pressure at 105 degrees Fahrenheit.


Single-Bottom:

The term "single-bo
ttom" as used herein means any single load carrying unit propelled or drawn by one power unit.

Special Service Tanks, Special Purpose Tanks, Special Equipment:

Tanks other than defined above in General Purpose Tanks, Standard Tanks and Standard Equipment.
